A graduate of St. John's University School of Law in New York, Mr. Quinn is admitted to practice in New York State in addition to  Florida where he practices in both state and federal court. 

Antonio D. Quinn began his criminal defense career as a legal intern in 2002 with Queens Law Associates in New York City.  After relocating to Florida in 2007 Mr. Quinn  began his career as a South Florida criminal defense attorney as an assistant public defender with the Broward County Public Defender's Office.  While working as an assistant public defender Mr. Quinn handled all types of felonies and misdemeanors from arraignment through resolution or trial in both circuit as well county court in the 17th judicial circuit in Broward County. 

While employed with the public defender's office Antonio D. Quinn gained unique experience while working in the juvenile division in Circuit court.  Mr. Quinn is intimately familiar with juvenile detention issues as he handled all juvenile detention matters for the public defender's office during much of his time there.  During this period the population of the juvenile detention facility decreased dramatically.

After founding Quinn Law, P.A. in 2009, Mr. Quinn expanded his practice statewide and now handles cases in federal as well as state court throughout Florida.  and has handled all types of misdemeanor and felony cases throughout the State of Florida.
